Mansi supports Adhyayan's mission through writing, storytelling, and design. Previously, she led communications at Protsahan India Foundation, where she honed her ability to translate powerful grassroots work into compelling narratives. She believes in the power of creative communication to shape perception, build empathy, and amplify equity, and aims to help meaningful work be seen, understood, and felt. She has a background in Sociology and a thriving interest in graphic design.
Beyond the desk, Mansi reads books, sketches, paints, crochets, doodles, solves sudoku puzzles, and listens to music with passion.
