Gandha Gharse

With a Master's degree in Food Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Gandha has built a career that's both diverse and fulfilling. Her journey began at Envirocare Labs, where she collaborated on developing and implementing quality management systems. She then took on a similar role at Mahavir Plastic Ind., where she worked on quality management, ensuring operations ran smoothly and efficiently. At Adhyayan, Gandha is nurturing young minds conducting Read Aloud sessions that spark imagination and curiosity in young minds. Through these sessions, she aima to foster a love for reading, improve literacy skills, and encourage critical thinking. Outside of work, her lens captures the world's beauty, snapping photographs that tell stories. She also loves getting creative with doodles and mandalas, experimenting with different patterns and colours.
