Bhawani is an experienced management leader with over 20 years of experience working in senior positions with top F-500 companies across the world. He was the former CEO of The Akshaya Patra Foundation in UK, Europe. Shekhawat held senior General Management positions with Nielsen in Emerging Markets, led the Global Marketing Science / Best Practices for Reckitt Benckiser and the Strategy Planning function at Coca Cola. He is passionate about people, growth via innovation and the challenges that leadership brings to any given situation. He divides his time between teaching at leading business schools and advising and mentoring business leaders and entrepreneurs. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of HaikuJam (UK) as well where he consults and advises the Corporate Board of Directors of these companies. He is associated with Erehwon Consulting where he helps business and leadership realise and unlock their Orbit Shifting potential.
