The Shaala Siddhi framework looks at a good school with a holistic lens. Sports, art, music, and other co-curricular activities as being integral part of a learners personal and social development. Engaging in sports activities instills discipline, teamwork, resilience, and boosts self-esteem. Additionally, it inculcates collaboration, camaraderie, and a sense of community, breaking down socio-economic barriers. To address the need, the proposed pilot involves partnering with sports clubs and local NGOs to catalyze community sports development.
