We, at Adhyayan, have an audacious goal — to ensure that every child in India goes to a good school and gets a quality education. We work in partnership with the government to drive systemic change that will lead to the realization of this vision. Each person at Adhyayan is committed to this cause. Our field teams live in and travel to remote parts of India so that even last mile schools are served. Our field support team works behind the scenes to bring to light the impact of the extraordinary work being done in these far-off places by ordinary people.
If you are looking for a job that is comfortable, sitting in an air-conditioned office and has regular working hours and great perks — Adhyayan is not for you. If, on the other hand, you are comfortable with ambiguity, passionate about learning, obsessed with equity in education, and adventurous enough to travel to places that people may not even have heard of, you may find working with us rewarding.
