Lalrempuii Fanai

Lalrempuii Fanai is a development professional and social worker with over a decade of experience in child protection, education, and community-based social welfare programmes. She has served as a Protection Officer under the Integrated Child Protection Scheme (ICPS) in Aizawl District, Mizoram, and has worked extensively with government departments, NGOs, and child care institutions. She also has experience as a district coordinator for Lunglei and Serchhip District in Mizoram under the GF-ATM project and as a school teacher for 4 years in Arunachal Pradesh. Currently, she serves as Senior Program Associate with the Adhyayan Quality Education Foundation in Tawang District, Arunachal Pradesh. She is also a Ph.D. research scholar at Mizoram University, pursuing research on Religiosity, Spirituality, and Quality of Life among the Monpa of Arunachal Pradesh. Her professional interests include child protection, education, community empowerment, and social development. Beyond her professional work, she enjoys travelling and exploring new environments, values cultural experiences, and finds meaning in attending church and nurturing her spiritual life. She is deeply committed to serving others and is motivated by a strong desire to support and uplift individuals and communities in need.
