Devika holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Lucknow and a Post Graduate Program in Development Management from the Indian School of Development Management (ISDM). Her academic journey and professional experience span grassroots program implementation, strategic fundraising, and stakeholder engagement in the development sector. Deeply committed to advancing equity in education, Devika has worked closely with communities, government bodies, and donors to create child-friendly learning spaces and strengthen systemic impact. At AQEF, she leads efforts in resource mobilization and partnerships, bringing her passion for inclusive education and her expertise in relationship-building to drive the Foundation’s mission forward.
