Career Compass

The program focuses on talks by expert speakers and field visits to local industries to raise awareness for career options and employer engagement.

The outcomes of this program so far include:

Increased awareness about locally available careers amongst students.
Participation by 80 industries and 75 speakers, along with a repository of 15 videos of local speakers and their career journeys.

An increased recognition by teachers and zonal officers that career awareness is an important metric of holistic school quality.
