In Nagaland, AQEF has partnered with the World Bank to work on the Lighthouse–NECTAR project to support the State to improve governance and develop a state education policy. AQEF is part of the P3 consortium that consists of three other organizations – Adhyayan Quality Education Services, Samarthya Foundation and YouthNet Foundation.
Program Aims
State-wide planning for school governance and quality, through the development and deployment of frameworks, strategies and resources.
Capacity building for teachers, school leaders, education officials, and awards of performance incentive grants to SMCs/SMDCs.
Institutionalizing reforms in the public-school education apparatus in the state, and building capacity to sustain and strengthen these reforms.
